Terms & Conditions
Our Company Promise
Paul Martin Roadshow agrees to undertake your booking as a contract in law for
suppling you with their mobile disco services.
Having paid your non refundable deposit, (This is to cover our administration costs) We
agree to supply you with a Professional DJ suitable dressed for the occasion.
Sound & Lighting as requested (See Below)
Set up and ready to play by contracted time (Venue & Weather Permitted)
Any extended playing time will be charged at our current rates which will be sent with your
personal quotation.
To supply you with our contract/Conformation by Email or Letter should you not request
this we may send you a text message to confirm your booking.
Equipment Requests
We shall make every effort to for fill your arrangements with regards to equipment
requests, however we cannot be held responsible should the owners of the venues not
allow us to do so.
Or their be the incorrect power supply to do so. - Or we feel it would not be safe to do so.
Transport
We will transport our own equipment too & from the venues and should we be asked to
transport any other persons equipment or belongings we reserve the right to make a
charge for this.
Safety
Paul Martin reserves the right to suspend or terminate the function should they feel
threatened or any of their equipment damaged, should this be the case no refunds or
compensation will be paid to any person.
It is the person who makes the booking responsibility for any damage to our equipment
through any acts of violence.
Power Supply
Our company excepts no responsibility should their be no electric power to run their
equipment or any breakdowns from electricity due to overloading the power supply,
strikes, or anything beyond their control.
Customers Promise
Deposit
We the customer agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50.00. Per booking and
Paul Martin roadshow will confirm my booking details when the deposit has been paid.
Conformation
When we receive our booking conformation, we the customer will check it for any error's
and inform Paul Martin should their be any changes. ie change of venue, or date.
It is the customer responsible to check that the details are correct. Paul Martin Roadshow
excepts no responsibility for any error's that have not reported to the company.
In this event that the company has not been informed. No refunds will be made. And the
company may charge the following cancellations rates. (see below)
Cancellations
You the customer must inform us by email or letter no later than 14 days before your
function date should you wish to cancel your booking with Paul Martin Roadshow, after
this time the following charges may be applied by Paul Martin Roadshow.
We reserves the right to charge the following cancellation rates.
(see table below)
Full Fee - 72 Hours before the contracted date
50% - 10 Days before
Deposit - 14 Days or more
