Complaints
Over the years we have only had a hand full of customer complaints, this was a few years ago when we had
other DJ's working for us, now we only have two Mark & Paul Martin. We also have a stand by DJ who
has his own roadshow, however when Ryan is working for us he uses our equipment.
What we have done to correct Customer Complaints
We at Paul Martin Roadshow take all our customers very seriously, as we know it takes years to get a good
reputation and can be fatal when you get a bad reputation.
So we have now decided to only have 2 DJ's who are fully committed to customer satisfaction. And for the
last 4/5 years thats all we have. With no complaints at all!
Double Bookings
No we don't take more bookings than we can handle. Now we only take a maximum of two bookings per
night, so should one of us be ill or on holiday we can still offer the same level of service, again we look at
our bookings in advance and plan well in advance for busy periods, the summer months with weddings and
the Christmas period with work's party's.
So now once again you can book with confidence that you will receive 100% customer satisfaction.
